Quick and a little awkward. The recruiter wasn’t friendly. Very curt and ghosted me. I wouldn’t say that’s a representation of Target, just the recruiter. I didn’t feel a connection. Almost a robotic experience. But I still love Target and good luck to future applicants!

The interview involved two phone interviews and on-site interview. The staff members I met with were kind and engaging. They asked more general questions than specifics about the job. I over prepared, which was a good thing.
