Target Merchandise Flow Team Member interview questions

Had an interview with target a few weeks before said store was so open. Interviewed with 2 sets of 2 people from other stores. Lots of behavioral type questions mostly relating to customer service. Despite answering the questions pretty well and having a year of related experience, they didn't hire me. I was disappointed since I lost my job in the first place, due to them taking over the store I worked at (Zellers).

They'll ask you about certain situations that happened in your life and how you took care of it. They're mostly looking for a good valued person that knows how to work well with others
