Pros

Some management can be great. You always know what the best deals are. Fun coworkers pass the time faster. More prestigious than Walmart at least.

Cons

It's dangerous in the truck and reckless behavior is encouraged if it's fast, regardless of how often it injures team members. Some managers are used as *bad cop* so upper management can be *good cop*. You are completely and utterly replaceable. HR is not your friend.
