I had a first great conversation with the recruiter and the hiring Manager on the phone. I was invited on-site where I interviewed with 5 people. Senior leaders were friendly and nice. However, there was one interview that felt like an interrogation rather than a conversation The person was shooting very specific/technical questions non-stop, cutting me off when I talked and it was overwhelming. For some reason, this person was approaching the interview in a very defensive mode which was unfortunate and made me also think if I would be comfortable working on this team. After a couple follow ups and more than 2 weeks waiting I received a rejection email. The recruiter mentioned (purely as a formality) that he would jump on a call to provide feedback but I when I actually tried to schedule different times he never responded back.
Had an initial recruiter screen call that went well. The recruiter said that she'd like to move me to the next round and would follow up with next steps. After not receiving an email follow-up I contacted the recruiter. The recruiter didn't respond so I followed up again. They then responded saying there was an "emergency" and then a few hours later told me I wouldn't be moving forward. Poor impression of TaskRabbit as an employer. Wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
