Had an apititude rest, followed by a panel interview. The questions asked were mostly to do with marketing and sales. Couple of HR questions were also asked, such as tell us something about yourself
CV SHORTLISTING after that aptitude Test and then 2 personal Interview and then final results announced for the final selection from this process. aptitude means psychometric test and then final round interview

Direct interview, questions will mostly out of your resume. If you are a fresher they will ask more general questions and if you are experienced professional questions will be on your experience
