I had a genuinely positive experience during my interview. From the moment I arrived (or joined the call), the atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. The interviewer(s) were friendly and made an effort to create a comfortable environment, which helped ease any initial nerves. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, allowing me to speak about my experience in a meaningful way. What stood out the most was the engaging two-way dialogue — it felt more like a conversation than a strict Q&A. I also appreciated how the interviewer took time to explain the role in detail and share insights into the company culture. By the end, I left (or logged off) feeling even more excited about the opportunity and confident that it would be a great fit.

I was asked basic questions about myself, my role and the experience I had so far. Then, there was a round with the sales head, he asked me to demonstrate a few sales technique to him on how I would convince the client in conflicting situations.
