I've had 3 meetings, one with CTO about general specifics of my responsibilities, second one with programmers and we talked about challenges that I faced in my previous companies and how I have tackled them. Last meeting was again with CTO to talk about final details. The whole process was coordinated by HR and it went really smoothly. Every meeting was on time, every phone call as scheduled.
