First I had a chat with their recruitment specialist and after a nice and short call, we scheduled a design test. They gave me plenty of time and helped me through the whole process (and it was quite long because they had some issues with the legal documents). The task was pretty hard, but enjoyable and their feedback was really good. They took some time to answer, but they were always there to keep you updated of the process.
