Interview
I met with a several employees. I would say that the interview style of one of the people I met with was a bit aggressive. Their questions focused on my lack of experience and motivation, rather than what my background and skills could bring to their team. The other interviewers seemed nice, however. I was given a brief, timed exam while the interviewer watched, which was a bit intimidating. After the interview, I followed up with an email to thank the interviewers for the opportunity, but never heard back from anyone at the company, nor did I receive an offer. This seemed uncourteous to me, since I spent an entire morning of my time there. This did not seem like a place I'd like to work after that experience.
