This was couple years ago but I applied online, they followed up and requested that I complete an questionnaire. Interview process was over 2 almost 3 hours long. Questions were behavior based. They required 3 supervisor level references upfront which I think is ridiculous. Any professional reference should be sufficient. After my interview they contacted my references but no offer and no follow up on a whether they decided on another candidate. Really wasted the time of my references which were old supervisors by the way. For this reason I say be careful and choose your references carefully.
