Applied online, was contacted to first fill out a sheet of an ideal salary range and some other minor details. Was then contacted for an interview to select a time that would work with my availability. Oddly before my interview, while they had my information, I was still required to fill out a sheet with my information with past work experience, contact info, etc. similar to what you would find when apply for a retail position. Was interviewed by 3 people, and in the end the HR manager. Mostly went over the position itself, questions were not too difficult, although it did not seem like they really knew much about me beforehand (one person seemed to be looking at my printed application for the first time). I then had to re-enter my information again to another system so they could conduct a background check. Shortly after, I received the call and was offered the position. While the initial salary offer was ideal, the interview experience/the commute and other consideration in terms of the company made me decline the offer.

Interviewed with three separate people, one in HR and two on the team I would be working for. Interview was fairly average in terms of questions. Was told next steps would be the people I interviewed with would meet as a group to decide whether or not to extend an offer, but I never heard anything back.

The interview was very pleasant. Plan to be there for about two hours. First they had me fill out a form very similar to a job application and fill out resume information. I first interviewed with someone in the Communications department who gave me the run down of the position and the department. She had a list of questions that she would pick and choose from. They were mostly scenario questions. I then interviewed with a director. Finally, I interviewed with their HR person. They seemed very interested in my writing experience.
