Interview
Multiple interview rounds that include a writing assessment and attention to detail test. Also includes 3 interviews with people from different levels of hierarchy within the company. Asked the standard questions (Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role, what is your working style etc). After completing all the interviews and tests, they said they liked me, we discussed compensation benefits etc, and they were sending me the official letter. They then ghosted me and didn't send me the contract. One of the craziest experiences I have ever had.

Fairly straightforward. Met with medical writing managers and medical writer associates who gave helpful background about the position and role within the company. Was asked how I like to learn and work, and about my interest in medical research and writing in general. Interviewers very friendly and willing to answer my questions as well.
