Had to fill out a short-answer portion, then submit a video interview, then a phone interview, THEN an "assessment", then if you got past all of those, you go in for an in-person interview. Very lengthy, comprehensive, and in my opinion, unfair. The assessment portion included writing a blog post about "mobile device management", market analysis, and proofreading, even though the operations assistant position did NOT specify proficiency in ANY of these areas. Also it's an assessment they give to INTERNS. You'd think you were applying for the CIA or something. I made it past the assessment phase.
