      Sales Leader Interview

      Jan 28, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TechnologyAdvice

      Interview

Recruitor was so unprofessional and unaware of what the job was about. He actually struggled to read the questions that were obviously written out in front of him. He asked a few twice without even realizing. The company is a VERY low paying company for what they want you to do. A lot of hoops to jump through is always a red flag. I declined to go on and take a massive pay cut.

      Question 2

      Question 3

Would you be ok to get a background check and drug testing before hire? Asked three times…

Hello and thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience during your interview. Our team takes our hiring process very seriously. We outline the steps in the process to hire and vet candidates properly. These may vary by role, but can include steps such as a skills assessment, a hiring manager interview, and a test drive. We do this so that our candidate understands the position they are entering in. We may also ask multiple clarifying questions and dive deeper to really understand the candidate. This ensures the best fit for both the candidate and us! In terms of pay for this position, our compensation is primarily based on cost of labor for a role. This may be different from your state if you are applying for a remote position. With that being said, our HR team works diligently to make sure that our entire compensation package is competitive based on candidate experience and requirements of the role. This includes base salary, commission structure, benefits, perks, and more. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a response.
