Our team takes our hiring process very seriously. We outline the steps in the process to hire and vet candidates properly. In terms of pay for this position, our compensation is primarily based on cost of labor for a role. This may be different from your state if you are applying for a remote position. With that being said, our HR team works diligently to make sure that our entire compensation package is competitive based on candidate experience and requirements of the role. This includes base salary, commission structure, benefits, perks, and more.
