Techport Thirteen Junior Developer interview questions

First there was a phone screening with a recruiter in the Virginia office asking about myself, my background and projects. Next there was a casual phone interview with another software developer asking similar things. Then I had the onsite interview which was fun, the office environment is very laid back, and everyone has a sense of humor. The interview was about an hour and a half and many developers of different levels walked in and out the door to ask me questions. First I did fibonacci on the white board, and then I was given 3 tables and had to answer two questions about them without writin SQL. I was given some brain teasers, and then a piece of code where I had to highlight all the mistakes. Then I had the opportunity to ask questions.

I had a long talk with the recruiter at a college career fair, then left my resume. I then emailed them and they got back to me within a few days. I was given an interview and at the end of my interview, I was given a project. The project was difficult and I would believe that most entry-level applicants (especially those just out of college) would have trouble completing it. I finished it within a week and presented it to the recruiters (as well as everyone else) and they were satisfied with my work and the turn-around time.
