First interview with HR Completed an online aptitude test (about 1 hour) Second with HR and Technical Supervisor Overall good experience; did not get the job as they filled role internally

One HR phone screen, one technical one and an all day site visit. They have a tendency not to follow up & do the classic ghosting. I don’t know how they actually hire. There’s a tendency to apply, heat mo the later, then drop everything to get out to site. It would be helpful if they’d follow up one way or another and not ghost on candidates:
