Interview
Phone pre-screening interview then received a teams invite for an online interview in two days time. Interview was professional and mostly behavioral questions following the STAR approach. Got an offer after 4 weeks.

The usual self introductory question.
What are your strength and weaknesses
Conflict resolution question and working with a difficult team member.
Basic behavioural and situational questions. No technical questions. Only with HR, no contact with your final direct supervisor. General interview for all of Teck’s site, so don’t know which one you will work at

Interview
One hour in person interview on campus with a recruiter, also sometimes this is over the phone. Then 30 minute phone interview with site supervisor. Most interview questions were behavioral and not very technical.
