First round consisted of 2 tests: HackerRank and a personality (basic skills) test.
HackerRank consisted of 3 MCQ's (Stats, Python and SQL), 2 Easy SQL questions using Joins, 1 Difficult SQL question with multiple tables and required Union operation, 1 time series prediction. Personality test was word formation, identify the correct patterns, and multiple behavioural questions (please be honest in this). HackerRank's time series prediction question doesn't mention how to approach, which library to import, very disappointed by question pattern. Second round was a phone interview. Hiring Recruiter was a non-technical person but he asked various technical questions related to that position, don't know how did they evaluated the performance. Recruiter was not able to explain the questions properly when I asked what kind of details and answer he was expecting. He was a bit rude and was more interested in whether I knew some tech or not, basically demanded a senior experienced person who would require no training after joining. Moreover, Expectations were quite high according to position posted.

Technical questions involved Deep neural nets, linear regression and simulations.
They asked me to self-assess on a scale 1-4 (1- very less or never heard of it, 2- academic knowledge, 3- Experienced (2-4yrs) , 4- Experience more than 5 yrs) in various domains of ML algorithms, types of programming (simplex, linear, mathematical), Deep neural nets, Distributed computing, Cloud. This was useless step in the process. Candidates who just graduated will never be able to mark themselves 3 or 4 due to lack of experience.
