First was sent a series of online tests (a long personality and IQ test, and a hackerrank test about general programming (unrelated to data science)) which together took ~3 hours.
Then the recruiter tried to call me over the phone in order to schedule an interview, which he couldn't due to technical issues with my phone network and international calls. I then tried to email him to schedule an interview at some agreed time, but the recruiter insisted in phone contact multiple times and never managed to get any further in the process.
It wouldn't have been hard to simply set a date and time for an interview and I'd have to guess there were bad reasons for insisting on a phone call.
