Overall fair and comprehensive process. 3 Interviews; 1 HR, 2 in person. Basic HR questions for the first, in-depth review of resume for the other 2 + normal behavioral questions.

Question 1
Explain a time when you failed a task and how did you recover.
Routine questions. Technical and personell based questions and experiences. Any technical background seems to get hired. Especially if one has mining experience or oil and gas experience. Not very interested in actually treatment experience however.
