Applied online and received a request for an interview. The interview was a standard interview over video with one HR representative who was very friendly. Lasted about an hour and was easy-going. The questions were typical questions and why you’d be a good fit for the location that you want to work at.
The interview began with a friendly introduction, followed by discussions about my academic and project experiences. Technical questions assessed my problem-solving abilities, while behavioral questions explore teamwork and adaptability. The process emphasized both skills and cultural fit.

Resume shortlisting followed by a recorded video interview within 3-5 days after submitting an application. After a few weeks interviewed by HR with questions related to our interested field in Teck and why we want to work there. Overall the interview process was smooth.
