I applied for a position two months ago, withdrew my application a month ago, and then last week received an email stating I was moving forward to the first stage—despite my withdrawal.
Before reaching the first stage, candidates must complete a one-way, pre-recorded set of pre-screening questions to verify they meet all the minimum qualifications for the role. If successful, you’ll then be asked to complete (yet again) another pre-recorded video interview using their online platform.
This experience raises significant concerns about the internal culture and the company's respect for candidates. Interviewing should be a two-way street, and this situation is a major red flag. I would caution potential candidates to consider avoiding this company altogether if this is how they approach the interview process.
