I applied online through a job site and was called a few weeks later for an interview. The interview was with several people, including the floor supervisor, and a couple HR people. The questions asked were normal interview questions. Everyone was very nice and seemed happy with their positions. The floor supervisor took me on a tour of the plant and afterwards i was told i would hear from them either way if i was offered the position. About a week or so later, i received a call for a second interview. That one was with only the HR supervisor. After which, i was told i would receive an email with a link to take care of my background check and drug screen. Once I completed them, about 2 days later, i received another email with a job offer and salary offered. I accepted the position and started within the week.
