I was scheduled for a phone screening. The recruiter didn't show up. I called and the secretary didn't know where she was. Later I received a call to reschedule, which I did. The recruiter didn't show up at the appointed time, so I emailed her. She wrote back that she was running late. That's all OK with me, I can understand schedule conflicts. But what solidified the bad impression was that I never heard anything back, despite calling to follow-up. Looking for a job has become a dehumanizing process due to processes like this. Somehow I doubt that this is what Tekni-Plex wants their recruiters to behave.
