Started with a screening call. A week later interview with director Feb 28, 2024. I waited to reach out about 2 weeks after the interview and was told I would get an update the following week. After this (as of April 9th) I never heard from anyone. Interview processes are time consuming and draining on candidates. I hope they, along with other companies, can respond as soon as they know a candidate is not being selected to move forward. It only adds to discouragement and anxiety by not providing updates and/or ghosting a candidate.
