I was badgered by the recruiters up until my interview. If I wasn’t available or didn’t respond immediately, they would call me, message my LinkedIn, and send me emails. I am busy in the morning with my child, when unemployed, I frequently do not check my messages until they leave for school and to open my phone at 9:30 to several missed messages and then get a lecture about how I need to be “available” was a lot. When I finally had the interview, they never let me know I didn’t get the job or thanked me for my time. Very rude recruiters.
