There was little to no interview process. The manager basically told me I would be answering phones and dealing with drivers and customers. She failed to mention the drivers are rude and impatient and that management would not be there to support us as CSRs dealing with customers. I applied for a part time job as I am a student, but was set up to work 32 hours a week so I could lighten the work load for her friends and then she wouldn't have to jump on herself. She asked if I was willing to do the job, when I was available to work and gave me a date to come in. When I came in my onboarding was not even complete and the manager had no idea of my experience as she had not even glanced at my resume. I had more experience managing customer service than she did.
