Please note this negative review concerns the recruitment practices and does not pertain to the actual interviews and interviewers. The interviewers asked fair questions, were very respectful, and gave good insight into the engineering culture. However, the recruitment process had me looking for the door before I even spoke with the first round hiring manager. An abundance of red flags: lack of communication, no attention to detail, very poor follow-up and total unprofessionalism ………where do I start???
Missed scheduled calls, interviewers that did not have my resume forwarded to them, recruitment requesting availability then never replying to emails or returning my phone calls. In short a total lack of care. For example it is standard practice to receive a briefing call prior to a 4 hour technical interview and while the recruiters requested times to go over the interview details they never got back to me, never called me, and allowed me to enter the process with a brief email and poor failed attempt at connecting with me. Following the final round technical interview, I received an email request from the recruiting department to connect with and give feedback. I replied countless times making myself openly available to any time they could find to call me back. I never heard from them again! I am utterly shocked that a recruitment department for a reputable company would display such a lack of respect.
