Tenaris Legal Analyst interview questions

Applied in May 2017, got an email from recruiter two days later asking me to fill out and return a candidate questionnaire. I returned the questionnaire the same day, but did not hear from them for two weeks. At that time the recruiter wanted to schedule a call. The call lasted no more than five minutes, and it ended with him saying I have impressive skills and education, but they have a small legal department and they would not have time to train me and bring me up to speed.
