Interview
Group interview, around 9 people turned up the interview was with 3 managers. We had to fill out our availability sheets and provide proof of right to work (passport & national insurance). Then the interview took place as a group we were also offered lots of sweets it was very calm and fun. During the second stage the group split into two half went on the checkouts and the other half went on clearing the shelves then we switched.

What's the difference between good and excellent service?
Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
