Easy they asked basic interview questions like adaptability how I went above and beyond in customer service, how well I worked under pressure, ability to work in a team and an experience with a rude customer
formal interview, asked basic questions and was able to provide quick answers. The interviewer was very nice and allowed me to express myself to them in terms of personality and charisma.

It was very friendly basic questions, although i didnt get the offer i left with a positive experience and it felt more like a conversation rather than an interview and the manager was extremely warm and friendly
