Interview with department manager, friendly and put me at ease. Mostly situational questions nothing too challenging. Was asked to return for a second round which involves shop floor observation on the checkouts

Quick and easy interview. Asked how to deal with customers and complaints including how to deal with certain situations e.g. shoplifting and refunds. Interviewer was very polite and to the point.

Application for the role was online. The interview process itself was a generic one, where I was asked a few competency and fit questions by a couple people from HR. This lasted around 30 minutes in total.
