Phone interview to ask me to come in
Group interview and asked questions about ourselves and everyone took turns. You have to be confident and give answers with examples from previous experience or situations.
The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.

One interview in person, layout was clear and well structured, I was invited to the store for the interview and it was a good experience and they discussed the role in depth
