Group interview with around 8 people in, questions were asked then answered by each individual in front of everyone going around the group. Then a team building exercise was set to construct a tower out of paper and sellotape.

in person interview at store. Asked general motivational interview questions before performing a mock shift in store.
They also asked me about prior experience i had in retail and or any other relevant experience i had.
Simple and straight forward questions. Nice interviewer and staff were very friendly. I am thinking about applying again based on the strength of a previous interview. I was also given a full tour of the premises.
