it was smooth and convincing. I was happy with the time and the mode of the interview. I was interviewed by one of the managers who was also an associate before so he could understand my desire to rise inthe ranks
The process was quite straight forward. The difficulty was average and the atmosphere pleasant. Good experience overall, with no major setbacks. Have not heard back afterwards, but the overall experience has been positive.
