Interviewing remains one of those activities which we think we know all about merely because we have been doing it so long; we have been lulled by habit. Quick and straight forward. Starting with an online assessment which contains game-based exercises that test your logical reasoning, basic maths, emotional intelligent, and customer service skills. These game-based exercises are fair, not stressful and very straight forward with increasing difficulty to test your limit. Afterward you will also receive personalised feedbacks. Then you will also receive an invitation for video interview which contains 5 questions. These question focus on your abilities and how it is relevant to jobs as well as examples in the past that demonstrate these skills. Finally, if you get accepted, you will be invited to assessment centre.

I first introduced myself, then they asked me some questions, and then I asked them some questions about the company. After that, it was over. Overall, it went very well.
