Question 1
Name a time Whene you going extra mile for customer
Really simple, nothing to catch you out. The interviewer walks you through the role and what to expect. Very relaxed atmosphere. They are thinking that its most people's first job and wouldn't expect much other than being a hard worker.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
