I interviewed at Tesco (Portsmouth, South East England, England)
Interview
I was invited in for an interview a week or so after applying. It was in a group with 3 other people. We had a group dicussion about the role and the qualities needed for it and answered some questions.
The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Tell me about a time you succeeded as part of a team.
Tell me about a time when you have had to act in a flexible way to avoid an issue?
Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.

One interview in person, layout was clear and well structured, I was invited to the store for the interview and it was a good experience and they discussed the role in depth
