Easy interview standard customer service questions some scenario based and asked why I work there, how I feel about working with the general public and how I would demonstrate good customer service etc
Brilliant very professional and slick from the start. Phone then FaceTime to face , found it very soon after I had been successful. Everyone made me feel at ease. Manager seemed really happy to work there which helped me.
