I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco in Aug 2022
Interview
Most of the questions were simple and aimed at getting a sense of your personality, communication style, and overall fit with the team. It wasn’t heavily technical or difficult, and there were no trick questions. The experience can vary depending on who’s conducting the interview—some interviewers may focus more on your past experience or soft skills, while others might ask situational or behavioral questions to understand how you'd handle certain workplace scenarios. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment.
