I interviewed at Tesco (Keswick, North West England, England)
Interview
Very short and pleasant interview, mostly casual questions about lifestyle and personal hobbies. Not really too pushy about past experience. Very open to talk about the workplace and potential hours.
The interview process was fine. Was asked some basic questions about how I handled a tricky situation, and how I manage a situation when there's multiple tasks to complete (basically, can you handle a problem, and prioritise properly, and know when to ask for management).

Describe a challenging situation you had and what you did to resolve it
Asked me questions like: "Describe a time where you had a difficulty/problem and how did you resolve it", they may link things in such as teamwork and so on.
Not difficult, you will fail only if you don't meet their hours requirement or you don't want to do certain roles such as warehouse etc.
