It was a group interview, where we were put in teams and asked to discuss scenarios. We were then asked individual questions, before carrying out basic tasks on the shop floor whilst supervised.

Interviewed by store manager and team leader. Both very nice and accommodating and put me at ease. Option to select between 2 questions to demonstrate competencies (was solely competency based, no technical questions). Lasted about 20 mins
