Mostly online and then preset interview questions, then they took me around the store for a bit to understand the map of the store. The online questions varied a lot and were mosty just 'what would you do if...' questions.
ok process, doesn't take very long to do and they do not ask you a lot of questions they mostly get straight to the point and they things they want to know the most.

Very Kind interviewer. Basic question on customer services and how you handled difficult customers. There were two interviewers, both asked me competency-based questions and were very pleasant to talk to.
