had to meet at customer services where a group of us were waiting to be escorted to the staff room for a group interview. then all of us were put on the shop floor to tidy shelves.
Applied by creating an online portal where they kept me updated with my progress. Interview on Teams, but this may have changed since covid. They updated me on whether I would have been succefull on the online portal.

Interview
Very simple, asked about examples of when you worked well in a team and how your previous skills link to the current job role. Also asked about availability & hours willing to work. Took a week to get back to me but very accomodating overall.
