Interview
Applied online and got a call asking for a face to face interview within a few days. The interview took around 20 minutes, which was then followed by a tour of the store during which I was told I would be scored on my interaction with customers, such as smiling at them. After this, I was told before I left the interview room that I had got the job and was asked when I was available to work.

I applied online and I was then invited to a group assessment involving team building activities and being asked questions around the room in a group environment. We were all then invited to the shop floor to experience what it was like, allowing you to ask questions to present staff.
