Contacted Via Indeed - Demonstrated Interest. 20 minute phone call with the recruiter briefly going over experience motivations, no questions. Then an hour video call split into 3 20 minute interviews.

Interview
Not too bad, three people at the time and typical questions asked. Know your stuff, be curious, and know the position is for 12 hours on different shifts. Battery background is a plus and so is technician experience.
- Very lengthy, like 8 or 9 interviews in total and over a period of around 3/4 months - Interviews from people working with Tesla bsed in USA and also Berlin

Describe to me a time when you had to solve a problem really hard?
You will be interviewed by multiple quality team members form a supervisors, engineers and managers. You will have 10-15 minutes with each interviewer and the last minute will be an opportunity for you to ask questions. Ask a good question to leave a hood impression.
