Most difficult situation and how I dealt with it type question.
This company booked two meetings with me and only HR showed up. I work in the industry and they aren't serious. Complete joke of a company. Don't work here and to be honest they make you use PTO if there isn't enough work.

The initial interview was over the phone with an in-house corporate recruiter. The next step was with the managers of the office location, followed by another interview with key team members in the working group.
