Good pay and a lot of training opportunities. There are many cutting-edge technical tools. The office equipment is very good. Some co-workers are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Complicated but good policies.

Cons

The internal communication may have problems, including with some management members. Some management members either have no knowledge of the basic principles of management or choose to bypass them. They may not even reply to your messages, or reply to them several days later, which is too late. Some statements or conclusions from some management members seem very unconvincing. They are not drawn from solid evidence and logical thinking.

Supportive teams, stable projects and clients. Working in all cross functional teams, good engineering work for any EIT. Just like any other listed engineering consulting firm with same ebbs and flows. Decent work life balance, overtime is well planned gets added as 1.5x or 2x in bank hours.

Cons

Very layered and gerontocratic leadership, Growth is slow, need to be patient.
