It was fine, the interviewer was friendly and the questions were not too difficult. The technical questions were deep but with some thinking understandable and easy. Overall, it was a fine experience but I could have performed better.

Set phone interview, interviewer forgot about it and did not call so I called, interviewer did not present any excuse for forgetting about the interview, was not prepared. Instead of asking about my profile, asked if I was ready for a physical interview in the next few days, told me my availability for interviewing face to face was not early enough. What is the point of the phone interview if if is to set up a 1 on 1 right away? I've been told I will be contacted again if the position is not filled. I'm sorry but candidates are not at your disposal.
